3. Packing list sent (meals if bringing your own, harness/ID, comfort item).
4. Pickup from your home at the agreed time (included in price).
5. Daily rhythm: solo walk, rest, enrichment, routine mealtimes, early lights-down.
6. Updates: photo/video and notes each day; behaviour insights for next time.
7. Drop-off back home at the end of the stay (included in price).
