Service Agreements
Clear, simple terms so you always know what to expect.
1) One-Dog-Only Policy
We walk and board one dog at a time. This ensures full attention, calmer outings, and safer care.
2) Walk Duration & Transport
Standard walks are 45 minutes. The entire booking is spent walking — no car-ferrying unless previously agreed for safety reasons (e.g., heat).
3) Safety & Insurance
We’re insured and police-checked. You agree your dog is healthy, microchipped, and up-to-date with vaccinations.
4) Weather Policy
On extreme heat, storms, or hazardous air quality, we may adjust walk times/routes or provide an enrichment visit for safety.
5) Feeding (Boarding)
We can follow your routine using your food or provide high-quality kibble and cooked chicken at no extra charge. Please advise allergies.
6) Trial Visit (Video)
Before first boarding, we can do a short video call to show the play/rest areas and answer questions.
7) Keys & Access
If keys or access codes are provided, we store them securely and use them only for scheduled services.
8) Cancellations & Refunds
- Walks: cancel ≥24h before start — no charge. <24h — charged in full.
- Boarding: cancel ≥7 days — full refund. 3–6 days — 50% charge. <72h — charged in full.
9) Payments
Casual walks: pay per session. Memberships: billed monthly. Late payments may pause services until settled.
10) Photos & Updates
We send photos and maps to keep you updated. With your consent, we may use non-identifying photos for our social channels.
