Quick Membership Terms (All Plans)
Summary
Auto-renewal: Monthly subscription until cancelled.
Cancel cut-off: At least 48 hours before next billing to avoid the following month’s charge.
Scheduling window: Mon–Fri, 7:00am–7:00pm (public holidays excluded), subject to availability.
Rollovers: Walks don’t roll over. Boarding nights roll for Unlimited/ELITE only (annual cap). Starter/Growth nights are 12-month loyalty awards.
Service area: South Melbourne focus; nearby areas by agreement and may attract a fuel surcharge.
Safety: Heat/storm policy may convert to home visit/short break in the dog’s best interests.
