- Boarding nights must be used within 12 months of issue

- If the membership is cancelled before 12 months, the reward is not issued
Booking Rules
- Max 1 walk per day
- Service area: South Melbourne zone, Albert Park, Middle Park, Port Melbourne, Southbank, South Yarra (outside zones by agreement only)
- Rescheduling requires 24 hours’ notice
Membership Terms
- Renews monthly until cancelled
- Cancel at least 48 hours before renewal to avoid the next charge
- Unused walk credits do not roll over

Scheduling & Service Details
- Walk window: Mon–Fri, 7:00am–7:00pm (public holidays excluded)
- Choose any weekdays across the month (subject to availability)
- Maximum 1 walk per day
- Service zones: South Melbourne, Albert Park, Middle Park, Port Melbourne, Southbank, South Yarra (outside zones by agreement only)

What’s included in the Starter membership?
Starter includes 4 × 45-minute solo walks per month with GPS tracking and a photo update after every walk. Your walker is insured and police-checked, and you receive guaranteed weekly availability.
Do unused walks roll over?
No. Credits don’t roll over — we keep a steady monthly rhythm to help dogs stay settled and confident.
What happens in extreme weather?
Safety first. In severe storms, dangerous heat, or hazardous conditions, walks may be rescheduled for another day within your monthly allowance. We’ll notify you ahead of time if weather impacts your session.
When are walks available?
Walks are available Monday to Friday, 7:00am–7:00pm (public holidays excluded), subject to calendar availability. You’ll schedule sessions directly through Acuity after joining.
